Introduction to the design content of electric vehicle control system
The control system plays a very important role in the use of electric vehicles, and its design is also a key point. The design of electric vehicle control system mainly includes four aspects: first, the design of control circuit; second, sensor selection and placement design; third, display circuit design; fourth, program design.
Considering the overall requirements, the selected sensor should not only reduce the signal processing capacity of the single-chip microcomputer as much as possible, but also ensure that the electric vehicle can travel freely. Moreover, the control circuit should be designed according to the selected motor and sensor, mainly considering stability and anti-interference. The control core uses 51 single-chip microcomputers, and the control system and the circuit are completely isolated by optocouplers to avoid interference.
Based on the above factors, the control system of the electric vehicle can adopt the time division multiplexing technology, and the signal acquisition, motor control and speed display are realized by only one single chip microcomputer. The basic principle of an electric vehicle is that electric energy is supplied from the battery and the electric motor drives the bicycle. The control circuit mainly has four parts: a power supply circuit, a motor drive circuit, a single chip interface circuit, and a display circuit.
